1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.3 Limited Warranty
This machine is covered by the following warranty, with the exceptions mentioned below.
The warranty for the Press parts shown below is effective for a period o f five years, and that
for the other parts is effective for a one-year period, starting from the time o f delivery o f the
machine to the customer. Any defects and/or malfunctions which occur during the period o f
warranty will be repaired and/or defeptiye parts replaced, as soon as possible and free-of-
charge, if and only if the defects and/or malfunctions have been caused by shortcomings in the
design 1 and/or manufacturing o f the machine by TOWA Corporation.
