6.2.2 Dispenser Unit (Semi-Automatic)
(1) Cartridge, Nozzle Head (Conversion Kits)
Replace a cartridge and a nozzle head.
1) Open the doors at the right side o f the Resin Module.
2) Remove the jacket which fastens the cartridge.
3) Remove the cartridge.
4) Replace the cartridge which is suitable for the product type.
5) Attach the nozzle head which is suitable for the product type after
fastening the cartridge with the jacket.
(Refer to the "6.2.8 Resin Exchange Procedure (Mounting the Cartridge to
the Machine,)" o f the operation manual for the procedures o f cartridge
replacement.)
NOTE The figure below is for use with four Press Modules
(Semi-Automatic).
