2. Replacement Procedure for Motion controller
- The effective term (maximum lifetime) o f the battery is two years, regardless o f the
time o f energization/non-energization to the Motion controller.
However, when purchasing this machine, the effective term will be shorter due to the
time spent at our corporation.
- W hen the battery voltage-is low, the “BAT” LED lamp will light up.
If the power source stays OFF for one horn or more after the LED lamp lights up, data
in the memory will be lost.

Please carry out replacement after turning ON the power source.

(1) Make sure that the “RDY” LED lamp is lit.
When carrying out battery replacement, be sure that pow er is supplied to the unit.
If the power source is not supplied to the unit during the battery replacement,
there is a risk that data in the memory will be lost.
(2) Pry open and take off the unit battery cover by inserting a coin or similar item
into the indentation on the cover.
(3) Disconnect the battery connector inside the battery unit, pull out the battery, and
replace with a new one.
(4) Make sure that the “BAT” LED lamp goes out, and close the cover.
