6 CONVERSION KIT REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
6.4.5 Frame Loader Unit (Automatic)
WARNING
(1) Heater Plate (Conversion Kit)
1) Remove two M5 bolts (1) and remove the heater cover (2).
2) R em ove two wiring connectors (3) and remove four air joints (4).
3) Remove two M5 bolts (5) and remove the preheater unit from the machine
with holding the knobs (6).
4) Loosen two knurling knobs (7) and pull the knob (8) and remove the
preheater plate *(9). (Both sides are removed in the same way.)
When pulling the heater plate when it i.s very hot, as there is danger
of getting burned, be sure to wear protective gear.
5) When the replacement o f the preheater plate and loader unit, install them
to the machine in the reverse procedures.
NOTE - When inserting the air joints, be sure to select the right
number.
- Insert the connecter correctly.
- Make sure that there is no pinched wiring or piping.
