A CAUTION
When connecting modules, be sufficiently careful of projecting
objects on the press modules.
(7) Insert the junction bolts from the installed m odule and provisionally secure in
position. ^
First Press Module Additional Press Module
(8) Adjust jack bolts 10 and 11 o f the Press m odule (machine body) provisionally
so that the distance between the floor and the bottom o f the m achine is 40
mm
(9) Jack down by rotating the external j ack bolts.
Remove the casters and external jack bolts from the Press module.

(10) Fit the junction plate onto the positioning pins in the junction area o f the
Resin Handler Units L /R rails.
Insert jigs into the positioning holes o f the additional Press m odule and adjust
jack bolts 10 and 11 so that jigs can go smoothly in and out o f the positioning
holes o f the plate and the additional Press module.
After adjusting, secure the junction plate using the bolts and additionally
secure the reinforcing plate using the bolts.
