8.4 Maintenance Menu
The screens used during maintenance o f the machine are explained in this subsection.
8.4.1 Servo Motor Setting
Press die “Servo Motor Setting” button on the Main Menu, and the window shown below will
be displayed. This screen can be used to perform maintenance on the transfer system.

CAUTION
During motor replacement and the like, if the cable connecting the motor and the

amp becomes disconnected, adjustment to origin positions will need to be carried
out on this screen. з.й
Procedure ,
(1) Turn OFF the servo for the axis to be returned to its origin setting. (The servo button
on the top right o f the screen can be used to toggle all axis servos ON and OFF).
(2) Manually return the axis units to their origin positions.
(3) Press the “Origin Setting” button for the axes to be returned to their origin
positions. After a few seconds have passed, the display shall show the word
“Complete” and the process will be finished.
(4) A fter the process is finished, switch the servo ON and check that the current
position is displayed as the zero position.
NOTE Refer to the 11.1 “Servomotor Origin Position Adjustment”
for the origin position setting.
Incorrect origin position setting may cause a serious accident to
happen.
