Special Safety Rules
The following special rules for safe use are peculiar to this machine.
Be sure to observe and fully understand these special safety rules in conjunction with the
general safety rules.

WARNING
Cut of the main power switch and make sure that at least five
minutes have passed. There is the danger that high electrical
pressure is still contained in some control equipment, even if the
power has been cut off.
When any other machine is connected to thilrnachine for pre- or
post-propessing operations, please be sure to cut off power sources
of all machines. There is the danger of electric shock.
If the machine and/or the floor in the machine area have become wet
with water, cut off the power source from the factory facility. Clean
up the water and wait until the machine and/or the floor are
completely dry before turning on power again. There is the danger
of electric shock if work is performed when the machine interior
and/or the floor are wet.
When inserting resin, follow the instructions detailed in the tablet
supply manufacturer's safety data-sheet (MSDS) regarding chemical
materials, etc., and be sure to wear protective eyewear, a protective
dust mask and gloves. Fine particles and dust from resin may be
harmful to ones health.
Before starting operation, be sure to activate the factory's.ventilation
system, in concurrence with the instructions^etailed in the tablet
supply manufacturer's safety data-sheet (MSDS) regarding chemical
materials, etc.

system is stopped or out of order. *
Gases emitted during melting of resin may be harmful to ones
health.
Due to high temperature of the upper part of the mold, please be
sure that only non-flammable resins are inserted. Insertion of
substances other than non-flammable resins may cause gas
emissions and/or fire.
Mold transport must be performed by a qualified maintenance
engineer. Fatal injury may occur if mold transport is attempted by an
unqualified person.
The mold die and the Press remain at high temperatures even when
the power sources are off. There is a danger of getting burned if
