A CAUTION
Resin Exchange Procedure
(Mounting the Cartridge to the Machine)
If resin is not completely degassed, it affects dispensing accuracy
and molding conditions. Use resin completely degassed.
Using resin whose pot life has passed, it may affect dispensing
accuracy and molding result.
(1) й Keep the [CARTRIDGE EXCHANGE] button pressed corresponding to the .
cartridge to be exchanged for 1 sec or longer 1
(To exchange the cartridges on both sides, press the [LEFT] and [RIGHT]
buttons simultaneously. To exchange the cartridge on the left side (when
viewed'from the front)'(back side), press the [LEFT] button. To exchange the
cartridge on the right side (when viewed from the front) (front side), press the
[RIGHT] button.)
W hen each button is pressed, the lamp for the cartridge to be exchanged
lights, and the machine is set to the cartridge exchange mode.
The resin handler moves to the exchange position.
The dispenser unit moves to the exchange position, and the cartridge vacuum
function turns off. Then, the lamp blinks, and the cover is unlocked.
NOTE Push [RIGHT] button for the row type.
(2) Open the right side cover.

(3) Unlock the jacket that locks the dispenser for the cartridge to be exchanged,
and remove the dispenser.
(4) Close the cover, and keep the [CARTRIDGE EXCHANGE] button pressed,
whichever is lit, for 1 sec or longer.
The cover is locked, and the dispenser rod extends to the exchange position.
Then, the lamp blinks, and the cover is unlocked.
