Program 41 Station Outgoing Call Restriction
Toll Restriction
Strata DK40 Programming Manual Spring 1999
4-7
Program 41 Overview
Program 41 restricts each station, Tie line or DISA Exchange line from outgoing access to
each line. If restricted, that station can still answer a ringing line or pick up a call on hold but
cannot directly access a line for an outgoing call by pressing the line button or dialling the
line access code. All Call Pickup functions operate normally. This does not deny access via
LCR.
Notes
◆
Automatic Busy Redial (ABR) overrides Program 41.
To deny an Exchange line to be accessed for DISA tandem connection or external call
forward, turn its LED ON (see Tie lines station/DISA ports legend).
If Tie lines are connected to the DK40 system (PACU, PEMU PCBs), access to other
exchange lines can be denied. The station port assigned to each Tie line is used to deny access
to each exchange line. Station ports 028 ~ 039 are used for Tie lines 1 ~ 12 respectively.
Important!
If the Tie line station port is denied access to the exchange line, callers
connected to Tie lines cannot access outgoing exchange lines.
