Program 45-1 Overview
A dial plan must be defined for the Toll Restriction software to recognise the typical dialling
sequence of STD/International calls from the system’s own dialling code area. As all STD
and International codes start with the prefix '0', for the Toll Restriction to identify these codes
the digit 6 must be entered as the data in program 45-1. This will mean that the system will
look at the 0 and the following four digits dialled before making the decision as to whether or
not to restrict the call. As some local codes in the UK also have the prefix '0'. The specific
codes that are to be restricted or allowed are selected using
