Strata DK40 Programming Manual Spring 1999
Program *10 Overview
This program assigns DDI numbers to ring specific ACD groups. Each ACD group can have
up to a maximum of 10 different DDI numbers assigned to ring it. These DDI numbers can be
1 - 4 digits in length. To assign each ACD group with the 10 different DDI numbers a ‘Tag’
method of entry is used. Each ACD group has 10 ‘Tag’ numbers (0 ~ 9).
Example:
To program telephone number 01932 833500 to call ACD group 01, the ACD group number
is entered followed by the first available ‘Tag’ number (0 in this case) and then the DDI digits
(500). If a second DDI number was to be programmed to ring ACD group 01, then ‘Tag’ 1
would be used and so on.
Notes
1. ETSI may send the full CPN, in this case match the last 3 or 4 digits.
2. Additional DDI numbers can be entered using
and assigning the
logical trunk number to ring the ACD groups using
