You must have an active Thermo Fisher Cloud account before you can use one of the
three methods listed above to connect the unit.
If the unit is not actively connected to a WiFi network, the following screen is displayed:
Connect via Mobile Device
If you tap on the “Connect via Mobile Device” box from the “Thermo Fisher Cloud” screen,
the following screen is displayed:
A QR code is generated by the system and displayed on the left side of the screen with
text in the right column detailing the steps required by the user to successfully connect
the unit to the cloud.

Connection to the Thermo Fisher Cloud
requires a network connection (Wi-Fi).
Please connect your unit to a network
and try again.

mobile app
Available from iTunes and Google Play
Within the app, tap the + icon and
select the QR code option
Scan QR code to connect to the unit
Connection times vary depending upon
network speeds

The mobile app has limited functionality compared to the web application
(URL). For example, it is not possible to implement user management or
remove devices from the cloud.
