ACTUATOR

The 5400 is equipped with a scrub head lift
actuator. The lift actuator is used to electrically
raise and lower the scrub head..

TO REPLACE SCRUB HEAD LIFT ACTUATOR

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Turn Off
Machine.

1. Lower the scrub head until it just touches the

floor.

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Set Parking
Brake, Turn Off Machine And Remove Key.

2. Open the recovery tank.

3. Disconnect the positive battery cable from

the front, left machine battery.
