Calculated unit weight will be displayed on the unit weight display

Calculated piece quantity will be displayed on the number display
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SAMPLING OPERATION

Unit weight of the product is determined from the sampling operation. Therefore; the
more the number of pieces used for sampling the better is the unit weight determination.

If there is a problem calculating the unit weight, digits will start flashing for five second to
warn the user.

If enough weight amount of sample is not used, scale will not allow for sampling and will
give warning sound for 3 seconds. Sample not enough led will be on for 6 seconds.

If the unit weight is too small, counting result will be rounded.

Important note about the unit weight decimal point position;
Example : The default decimal point position for a 600 kg scale is “3”. For unit weights
bigger than “999,999” g, decimal point position should be 2, 1 or 0.

The scale may delay while counting the products one by one. This delay can be solved by
changing filter settings. However; results will vary when the filter settings are changed.
User should find that which filter will be on or off according to the using conditions by try &
error.

User can change filter’s value median (7.1) or average (7.2) from the settings menu (7).
If a filter value is ON, sensitivity decreases and small weight changes will be perceived
slower.
If a filter value is OFF, sensitivity increases and small weight changes will be perceived
faster.
Note: When the filter setting is changed, to activate the filter changes scale must be
restarted.

For sensitive counting operations, scale should be stayed turned on at least 15-20 minutes
before counting operation started.
ASSIGNING THE UNIT WEIGHT TO P1-P8 KEYS (PLU)
Press one of the P1,…,P8 keys for at least 3 seconds that you want to assign the unit weight. (A long
“Beep” signal will be heard. Number of PLU key you entered will be displayed for a while).
USING THE ADDITIONAL PLU KEYS
There are 250 PLU’s available. To use additional PLU’s, follow the below steps:
Assigning the unit weight to a PLU:

Enter unit weight using numeric keypad.

Press PLU key for at least 3 seconds. “PLU” will start flashing.

Enter the desired PLU number using numeric keypad. (For ex.; press “7” & “1” keys to assign
the unit price to PLU 71). After 3 seconds, a long “Beep” will be heard. Saved PLU number
will be displayed for a while.
