Heater Installation
1.
Prior to installing the heater, make sure the cable
bundle that exits the cable track at the lower rear
end of the unit is laid out on the bench, under the
bath support plate, such that there is a loop to the
left as viewed from the front of the unit. The cable
bundle will extend out to the front of the unit when
the connections are made to the heater, then fold
back with the loop to the left when the heater is
pushed all the way back into position.
NOTE: If samplers, host and\or serial printer cable
are intended to be part of the installation, these
cables can be tie-wrapped at this time to the cable
bundle to allow for an easier installation of the
heater under the unit.
2.
The power cord that feeds the power brick will need
to be ‘threaded’ straight back as the heater is moved
into its final position in the following steps.
