Checks and Adjustments
Adjustment for X1 or X2 misalignment
1.
Open the top cover. Remove the transfer roll tray.
2.
Loosen the setscrew (M4 x 10, panhead) which secures the five-sided
F2 fixing plate.
3.
For X2 misalignment, insert the gap gauge into the gap to the right of
the fixing plate and the cross member it is attached to as illustrated in
Figure 9-7. For X1 misalignment insert the gap gauge into the gap to
the left of the fixing plate and the cross member it is attached to.
