Using a lint-free cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol, lightly wipe
the full length of the thermal head, using a back and forth motion,
until dust and ink are removed. Do not exert much pressure on the
thermal head.

Separator Bar
Wipe the edge of the separator bar.

Paper-Feed Roller
a.
With the transfer roll tray removed, open the gray plastic paper
guide by grasping it in the center and lifting it open. The
paper-feed roller is exposed.
b.
Vigorously wipe the paper-feed roller with the lint-free cloth that
has been moistened with 90% isopropyl alcohol.
