Call-back
The monitoring station calls the control panel which recognizes that the call comes from a Tecnoalarm monitoring
station and answers the call. During the communication, the ID code and the type of control panel are checked. The
control panel closes the communication and calls the monitoring station according to the programmed parameters.
Example:

Call-back request by centro The monitoring station calls the control panel on the PSTN line using a DTMF
format.
2 Call-back by TP8-96 VIDEO The control panel, through the GSM interface, receives the request of a
call-back from the monitoring station.
The control panel exchanges the ID data (call-back no. and format) with the
monitoring station, then closes the communication.
The control panel verifies the call-back N. tel. 1 and the protocol programmed:
•
call-back format 000 Tecno Standard
• the call-back number/IP address
Then it calls the monitoring station back.
3 Call-back reception by centro The monitoring station receives the call on the PSTN line in a DTMF format
(Tecno Standard).
Call-back redirection
This function is only available if the redirection is not disabled (see Telephone parameters).
In this case, it is possible to enter in the software configuration table a call-back number different from those
programmed in the telephone configuration table. The control panel calls this number using the programmed
communication protocol.
