6.11 Blocking Filter Wheel for Tuneable Wavelength
1. Switch the instrument OFF.
2. Remove the main power cable from the socket.
3. Remove top cover and upper EPAC (see 5 Removing and Replacing the
Instrument Cover).
4. Remove front cover.
5. Remove power board.
6. Disconnect ST1, ST8,ST7,ST3,ST15,ST20 and ST 21 of main board and all
connections of the of power board.
7. Remove the power board.
8. Disconnect fiber from the filter guide.
9. Remove the transport box.
10. Remove EPAC filter guide.
11. Disconnect all connectors on the TW board.
12. Remove the TW board.
13. Remove the complete filter wheel.
14. Replace all parts in reverse order.
Unscrew the
two screws on
the bottom
