11.9 Disposal of Instrument
11.9.1 Introduction
Follow laboratory procedures for biohazardous waste disposal, according to
national and local regulations.
This chapter gives instructions on how to lawfully dispose of waste material
accumulating in connection with the
sunrise
.
Caution
Observe all federal, state and local environmental regulations.
11.9.2 Disposal of Packing Material
According to Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste, the
manufacturer is responsible for the disposal of packing material.
Returning Packing Material
If you do not intend to keep the packing material for future use, e.g. for transport
and storage purposes:
Return the packaging of the product, spare parts and options via the field service
engineer to the manufacturer.
11.9.3 Disposal of Operating Material
