Agglutination Method
For agglutination measurements, an external software package must be used.
Depending on the software used, the
sunrise
Absorbance Reader must be set
to
sunrise
or SPECTRA mode using the
sunrise
Instrument Settings software.
The
sunrise
Absorbance Reader is able to read up to 40 measurement points
per well.
Note
Instruments with option tuneable wavelength selection must not be used
for agglutination measurements.
After the microplate has been measured, select a well and zoom it so that it is
printed in large scale.

If the printout has less than sixteen measurement points in the middle of the well,
that are at the same level, use the center measurement.
