Removing Memory Modules
Press both notches on the ends of the DIMM module to unlock it. Once the DIMM
module is loosened, remove it from the memory slot.
Memory Support
The X9DRFR motherboard supports up to 512 GB of 240-pin Registered (RDIMM)/
Load Reduced (LRDIMM) ECC or up to 128 GB of Unbuffered (UDIMM) ECC/
Non-ECC DDR3-1600/1333/1066/800 MHz 4- channel memory in sixteen (16)
DIMM slots.
