Serial Ports
A COM connection (COM1) is located
next to the Front Control Panel (JF1) on
the motherboard. See the table on the
right for pin defi nitions.
Fan Headers
This motherboard has four system/CPU/
fan headers (Fan 1-Fan 3, Fan A) on
the motherboard. All these 4-pin fans
headers are backward compatible with
the traditional 3-pin fans. The fan speeds
are controlled via fi rmware management
via IPMI interface. See the table on the
right for pin defi nitions.
Power Supply
The power supply cables are wired on the motherboard. Please connect the onboard
power cable to the SMC-Proprietary Adaptor (PN# BPN-ADP-F418) that is installed
in the chassis to provide power to the system.

A Trusted Platform Module/Port 80
