Equipment description WPC
brine | water heat pump for internal
installation with integral heating
control unit (wPM ii), circulation
pump, safety valve and electric
booster heater for connection to
the heating system. A 162 litre
DHw cylinder is also integrated. An
anti-vibration coupling is included
for the brine and heating circuit.
A brine pump is integrated and a
safety assembly for the brine circuit
is part of the pack supplied. the heat
pump drive unit is equipped with an
hermetically sealed compressor, soft
starter, phase monitor, condenser,
evaporator, safety equipment such
as a high/low pressure limiter,
and a frost protection facility. the
integral control unit enables a fully
automatic, weather-compensated
heating operation, DHw heating
priority, pasteurisation, a heat-up
program for screed drying and
connections for linking up to a PC
and modem. the heat pump is
filled with the HCFC and CFC-free
refrigerant r410A.
Function
environmental energy is extracted
by the heat exchanger on the heat
source side (evaporator). Any energy
extracted is transferred, together with
the energy drawn by the compressor
drive, to the heating water by a heat
exchanger on the heating water side
(condenser). subject to the heating
load, the heating water can be
heated to +60 °C. DHw is heated via
the internal indirect coil inside the
DHw cylinder.
with the wPC cool, the living space
is cooled by the brine being pumped
though a heat exchanger, where
the energy from the heating circuit
is extracted and passed to the
cooler zones underground via the
geothermal probe. the correct and
professional implementation of the
heat source system is a must for a
perfect operation.
Safety and quality
