IMPORTANT: If high level disinfection solution remains in
sump, call STERIS.*

Possible causes:

1. An endoscope of a diameter larger than template is

processed with insertion tube sleeve(s). Do not use

insertion tube sleeve for these endoscopes (refer to

ECTION

4.3

2. Relief valve is not working properly. Call STERIS.*
3. Relief valve pressure incorrectly adjusted. Call STERIS.*
4.

For a 60 Hz processor

, ensure there is a spacer between

valve cap and valve stem.

5. Try to resume cycle by pressing
