11.6.1 - Control - Voice Mail
- Press the F3 softkey
again to gain access to the Voice Mail or the F2 soft-
key, "Next," to move to the restart screens.
If continuing through the Voice Mail category,
press the F3 key again to define the voice mail group
members.
Every voice mail port must be programmed to a
Voice Mail group, including the B1 and B2 channels.
For example if the voice mail ports are 13 and 14,
then their corresponding B2 channels, 61 and 62 also
should be programmed. The system supports eight
Voice Mail Hunt Group Members. Enter the port
numbers by pressing the F3 softkey, "Chg." Enter the
port number and press the F2 softkey, which now
displays "Save." Once the port number is saved, the
F2 softkey again displays "Next." Press it to move to
the next Hunt Group member. Repeat this process
until all voice mail ports are programmed.
•
The voice mail hunt group directory number is
82.
•
To provide "delayed ring" on all extensions,
program the Alternate Attendant as voice mail
hunt group directory number 82.
