11. Enter Database
Programming
To begin customizing the database, have an idle
business display phone available for programming.
From the idle keyset, enter the programming inter-
face by pressing the key combination of Function, #,
*. If successful the following screen will be dis-
played:

Enter the password and press the F2 softkey to
access the programming screens. At default the data-
base password is “000000.” Remember to change the
password often to a unique number to avoid access
to the database by unauthorized personnel. To
change a password, see “4. Resource, DB Password.”
The new password should be written down and
stored in a safe place.
