11.2.1 - Trunkline - Voice Mail Group Answer

Calls can be permitted or prohibited from directly
ringing to a voice mail system. The choices “Never,”
“Always,” “Day” and “Night” can be made by
pressing the F3 softkey, “Chg.” This key acts as a
toggle between the four choices.
This programming overrides Extension Ring
Assignment and Trunkline Private To programming
when the Voice Mail Group Answer is active. Note:
Activating Voice Mail Answer Group does not affect
the Extension Receive Assignment or Call Pick Up
feature.
Default:
All lines are programmed to Never.

11.2.2 - Trunkline - Dialing
- To program each line
to either “Tone” (DTMF) or “Pulse,” press the F3
softkey, “Chg.”
•
For lines that are programmed as pulse, press-
ing the “ * “ prior to dialing converts from
pulse to tone.
•
If lines are programmed as pulse, the character
“ # “ is not allowed.
Default:
The dialing type is Tone for all lines.
