11.5.1.2 - Restriction - Dialing Table - Extension
COS -
After completing the Digit Interval Table, the
next step is to assign programmed intervals to each
Class of Service. Remember that both the Day and
Night Allowed needs to be programmed.
When an extension makes an outgoing call, the
system checks that extension's class of service to
determine whether or not the extension has
approval to make that type of call. To allow an
extension to make calls that might otherwise be
restricted, change the Class of Service. For every
Digit Interval Table programmed, the Day and
Night Class of Services must be programmed. Press
the F3 softkey, "Show," to view each of the eight
classes of service.
To enable each class of service to use each interval
press the F3 softkey, "Chg," to toggle between "Y"
and "N."
Default:
The Digit Interval Table is empty except
interval number "001" which has the digit string "0"
to "#" stored. This interval is used for extensions
with the Class of Service 0 only.
