Product wa ter tubing is 1/4 “ (6.3m m) Parker tubing. See the Parker tube fit ting assembly d ia-
gram on pg 14 . Product wa ter goes from the membrane into the pump module manifo ld where
it passes through the flow meter, the salinity sensor and th e diversion valve. If the salinity i s
good the divers ion va lve energ izes and the product goes to the tank from the manifo ld product
outlet. If the diversion valve is not energ i zed the product goes back into the f eed wat er.
Connect th e product ou tlet on the membrane housing to the black Product Inle t fitting on the
pump modu le man ifold u sin g the supp lied 1/4 black nylon tub in g.
Route the blue produ ct wat er tube from the blue produc t water ou tlet fitting on the feed pump
module manifo ld into the top of the tank. Instal l a tee in the water tank fil l or tap a pipe thread
into an in spection port in the top of the tank. Do not feed the water into a manifo ld or bottom of
the tank. Mak e sure ther e is no restriction in th is p lumb in g.
If the length of produc t wat er tubing supp lied w ith the wat ermaker is insuffic ient, use a larger
si ze hose. Product water flow restriction will cause reduced and power consu mption i n-
creased if product flow is restricted.
