To view tokenization status, enter:
.
/view_feature_status.sh tokenization
The script will prompt you to confirm the action when you are enabling
tokenization. This change is immediate, and there is no need to restart the
Management Console Process.
When the enable script completes, it will create a Stateless Tokenization table file
in the following location:
/opt/vssoa/webapps/vibesimple/WEB-INF/stateless_tokenization/st_prf.tbl

Rename the file to conform to the 8-character Guardian filename format.

Use SFTP on port 10022 to connect to the HPE NonStop system.
6.
Upload the file to a Guardian volume and subvolume.

Configuring Voltage SST in XDP
In the DPCONF file (sample described in
) you will find a line commented
out with an exclamation point ( ! ) similar to the following:
!ENCRMETHOD VOLTAGE TOKEN $DISC.XYGATEDP.TOKMETH
This line configures an encryption method called TOKEN in XDP and is provided as a
sample for creating your own Voltage SST encryption formats.
Remove the exclamation point ( ! ) at the beginning of the line.
Next, edit the TOKMETH file and make changes to the lines described in the following
subsections.
4.3.1
ENCRYPTIONTYPE=
The ENCRYPTIONTYPE= line controls whether or not the built-in internal tokenization
method for PANs is to be used (which is the default for the encryption method
TOKEN), or if a custom encryption format that you defined earlier on the Voltage
SecureData Management console is to be used. Enter a value of

to use an
encryption format you have defined on the Voltage SecureData Management console.
4.3.2
CUSTOMMETHODNAME=
If you are using a custom encryption format on the Voltage SecureData Management
console, then you have to also edit the CUSTOMMETHODNAME= line and enter the
name of your encryption format. The encryption format name is limited to a maximum
length of 8-characters by XDP.
