Follow the SQLCOL keyword (part of the SQLDEF keyword) with the
encryption method and column name.

2.6 Compile the CONF Files
The DPCONF and DPACL files have to be compiled after updating. The macro
XDP_COMPILE performs this task. There are two binary files produced by a
successful compile and load that are named DPCNF<ver> and DPCNB<ver>. You can
also see a transient DPCNS<ver> file and a transient DPSTG<ver> file that will exist
after the configuration is compiled but before it is loaded into XYGATEDP. Refer to
Appendix C: “
XDP Host Macros .”
2.7 Start XDP
You can start XDP now. The macro XDP_START performs this task. Refer to
Appendix C: “ XDP Host Macros .”
Note: Anytime you update the DPACL and/or DPCONF files after XDP is already
started, you must do the following to load your new configuration:
XDP_COMPILE
XDP_LOAD_CONFIG
