SOURCE OFFSET (BKS-R1617A/R3219A)
0 is normally used. It is possible to monitor with the
offset amount added to the source number to monitor
when the monitor is on using the source offset.
Imagine you want to monitor source for HD using the standard
signal. HD signal needs to be down converted to monitor
signal from HD as a standard signal. You will need to switch
to a signal with certain offset to use the converted signal as a
monitor signal. Source offset is valid for these situations.

This setting is also valid when this panel is used as a
dedicated remote control panel for the virtual monitor
(Ver. 1.10 or higher).
This setting is reflected when monitoring the destination.
