21. CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS

PROCEDURE Checks and adjustments

1. Carefully level the instrument. 

2. Position the prism in a horizontal direction 

approximately 50 meters from the instrument.

3. Select "Inst.cons." in <Settings>.

4. Select "Image Sensor-Reticle offset".

5. Use manual sighting to accurately sight the target.

"10.3 Manually Sighting the Target"

• Sight not the center of the target plate but the 

center of the prism.

6. Press 

[OK]

[STOP]

 to stop the measurement.
