Phone numbers used for ISDN connections
In addition to the DSL connection, you can also connect your HiPath BizIP
with the public telephone network by means of up to four ISDN-B channels
(for installation, see
Æ
Page 15).
When this connection exists, you can define here which external phone
numbers are to be operated via the ISDN connection. This applies, for ex-
ample, to phone numbers that do not support calls via VoIP or that offer
lower connection costs via ISDN.
Administration on the PC
Web > System-wide Settings > PSTN-routed phone numbers
Adding phone numbers
1. Enter a valid external phone number under Number .
This can be a complete phone number (e.g. 089123456) or the first part
of a phone number (e.g. a local area code: 089), but without
TAC .
2. Click Add Number to enter the number.
3. Repeat Step 1 and 2 for additional numbers as necessary.
Up to 100 numbers can be added to the list.
Removing phone numbers
1. Select a phone number from the list.
2. Click
Delete Number to remove the number from the list.
3. Repeat Step 1 and 2 for additional numbers as necessary.
