General information

Mailboxes are assigned the following default configuration during setup:

Setting up function keys on the BizIP 410 telephone

A 

user mailbox

 is automatically configured on the first function key follow-

ing startup of the BizIP 410 telephone. The position can be changed at any 
time.

A 

group mailbox

 key can only be configured from the stations in the 

group. The position is freely selectable. One of the available call groups 
must be selected during setup.

Further information on key programming can be found in the Operating 
Manual.
