Image Optimization Controls

ZOOM
Rotate
ZOOM
to activate or deactivate the zoom function and change the image
magnification. The system displays a
Z
on the image screen when zoom is activated.

to activate or deactivate the zoom function with enhanced resolution. The
system displays
HD
on the image screen when high-density zoom is activated.
Press
ZOOM
and then roll the trackball to reposition or resize the region of interest
(ROI). Press
NEXT
to alternate the resizing function with the repositioning function.
IMAGE
Press
IMAGE
to view a list of all currently available image optimization presets or to
create a user-defined image preset.
Rotate
IMAGE
to select the required optimization presets. The imaging parameters are
updated as you rotate the control. During combined mode imaging, the selected setting
affects the active priority mode.
MENU

to activate or deactivate a selection.
Rotate
MENU
to cycle through the menu selections.
This control illuminates white when available and does not illuminate when not
available.

during a protocol to select the

control for scrolling

counterclockwise) for increase or decrease.

to select the required number of focal zones.

to reposition the focal zone markers.
Use the system configuration menu to assign the rotation direction (clockwise or
counterclockwise) to increase or decrease.

to cycle through the angle correction selections (60, 0, -60).

to adjust angle correction values in one degree increments between
60 and -60 degrees.
During cardiac exams with M-mode imaging, rotate

to activate anatomical
M-mode and adjust the angle of the anatomical M-mode cursor.
When anatomical M-mode is activated, press
0/60°
to exit anatomical M-mode.
