Working with RFID Access Management
RFID Access Management is managed and updated exclusively via the configuration PC
and the RFU62x configuration device.
You will be working with RFID Access Management, for example, when:
•
an access profile is modified or access profiles need to be added.
•
new employees need to be registered as participants or employees who have left the
company need to be deleted.
•
lost tags need to be deactivated.
•
you wish to display the access authorizations for tags.
•
access authorizations for participants are modified.
•
you wish to check the validity of the access authorizations.
The tasks described are generally carried out using the
Operator
user role. This user role
has similar rights to the Integrator. However, the Operator is not permitted to create and
edit access points.
The Operator can therefore only manage rights for access points that have already been
set up by the Integrator.
1. Launch
ECS
via the program group or the icon on the desktop. The Login window opens.
