Management
Restricting the list
The fields above the table allow the list of participants to be restricted. The filters can also
be combined. All of the filter criteria must be satisfied for the filter to take effect.
The following filters are available:
Filter
Meaning
Tag Holder type
Restricts the list of participants to the tag holder type. The
criteria
Person
and
Vehicle
are available for selection.
The filter becomes active immediately.
Tag status
Restricts the list to participants with and without assigned tags.
The criteria
With Tag
and
Without Tag
are available for
selection.
The filter becomes active immediately.
Validity
Restricts the list of participants to the validity status of their
access authorization.
The filter criteria
Not Yet Valid
,
Valid
,
About To Expire
, and
Expired
are available for selection.
Several filter criteria can be selected.
The filter becomes active immediately.
Access Profile
Restricts the list of participants to the assigned access profiles.
All access profiles recorded in RFID Access Management are
available for selection as a filter criterion.
Several filter criteria can be selected.
The filter becomes active immediately.

Resetting filters
Click the
Reset Filters
icon to delete the applied filters. The list will then contain all the
recorded access logs again.
Targeted search for participants
Using the
search field
underneath the drop-down menus, you can perform a targeted
search of the list of participants to restrict them based on company name, first name,
last name, and personnel number.
In the case of vehicles, the search can be restricted based on the registration number.
When you make an entry, the list of participants is restricted directly to the participants
that contain the entered character string.
Clearing the search field
Click the X symbol to clear the search field. All participants will be shown again in the
list.
