Checking the access authorization validity
RFID Access Management informs you about access authorizations that are about to
expire or have already expired, or that were created in advance and are not yet valid.
NOTE
Temporary access authorizations only affect access points for which time management
has been activated and which are linked to a time server.
Access points with the
Temporary
connection type only permit unlimited access.
In the
Tag Management
view, use the
Validity
column to check the current status of
the access authorizations.
Status
Meaning
Valid
•
The access authorization has been assigned with the
Unlimited
setting.
OR
•
The time frame between the current date and the
specified
Until
date is more than 3 days.
About To Expire
•
The time frame between the current date and the
specified
Until
date is less than 3 days.
•
The participant continues to have access to the defined
areas.
Expired
•
Based on the current date, the
Until
date for the access
authorization is in the past.
•
The participant no longer has access.
Not Yet Valid
•
Based on the current date, the
From
date for the access
authorization is in the future.
