2. Specify the location and name you wish to use for saving the backup copy.
You will receive a notification if the backup copy has been created successfully.
Restoring data
1. Next to
Restore data
, click the
Select file
button.
2. Select the file containing the data backup. The data backup is imported into the current
database.
NOTE
Please be aware that the existing database will be overwritten when you use the restore
function.

Changing passwords for user roles
On delivery, the default password
password123
is used for all user roles. This password is
used to log in to the system with a user role for the first time.
You should change the password for your user role straight after you have logged in for the
first time in order to protect RFID Access Management against unauthorized access.
1. Click the
Configuration
icon and switch to the
Passwords
tab.
2. Enter the old password for the user role.
