1) Set the sub-transmission to H.
2) Tie the mower to a pillar or other structure to prevent
it from driving away, and then press the forward pedal
down to operate the relief valve while reading the
needle on the pressure gauge.
Regulated pressure Mpa
20.09 to 21.07
(205 to 215kgf/cm
2
)
If the measured value is not within the regulated range,
replace the HST unit assembly.
6. Adjusting HST neutral
This adjustment is performed to determine stop position,
synchronize the front and rear wheels (align the rotation
of the front and rear wheels), and set the speed.

In order to set the angle of the HST swash plate to 0
degrees, move the neutral arm
linked to the HST
trunnion shaft forward/back, to first align the stop
conditions of the rear wheels.
To do this, loosen the bolt
and then turn the boss
to make adjustments.
Next, adjust the length of rod D
to fix the stopping
position of the front wheels.
(The basic length for rod D is 190mm.)

Adjust rod C
so that the middle arm
is
perpendicular to the main unit.
(The basic length for rod C is 195mm.)
Use rods A and B to adjust the forward and reverse
speed.
(Forward: The basic length for rod A
is 260mm.)
(Reverse: The basic length for rod B
is 250mm.)

CAUTION:
The mower has strong towing power; make
sure the pillar (or similar structure) is strong.
Avoid putting the sub-transmission in Low.
Doing so will cause the mower to idle.
