4) Tighten the cylinder heads in the order shown in the
figure on the right about 3 times before finally tightening
to the rated torque.

15. Cap, push rod, rocker arm assembly
1) Install the caps on the valve stem ends.
2) nstall the push rods and rocker arm assembly.

16. Adjusting valve clearance
Loosen the nut and adjust the adjusting screw so that
valve clearance is
0.2mm for both intake and exhaust.
17. Head cover
Tighten all nuts equally, pay careful attention to packing.

CAUTION:
Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the
screws.
