Storage Conditions for Cassettes and Reagents
The following storage requirements should be observed:

Gel Cassettes
- Store at room temperature in the foil bags until ready for use.
•
Internal standards or external markers
– store at 4

C minimize time at room
temperature.

Electrophoresis buffer
– may be stored at room temperature or 4

C
•
Loading solution
– store at 4

C. Bring to room temperature before use.

Tween Solution
