Returns the 4-wire RTD Delta coefficient.

Sets the reference resistance (R0) of 4-wire RTD measurement
Parameter: <NRf> (80.0 ~ 120.0) | MIN | MAX | DEF

Returns the 4-wire RTD reference resistance (R0).
