• If the surface of the hot roller is scratched, replace
the component that is scratching the roller (such as a
hot roller stripper)
• If the hot roller strippers are badly stained with toner,
replace the thermistor (or the PSU, UIB, SPU, or SCU).
Then, replace the hot roller.
