0 : Inverter can not be restarted after instantaneous power
interruption.
1 : Inverter will be restarted after instantaneous power
interruption. (Refer to detection of restart after
instantaneous power interruption)
2 : Shutdown
3 : Inverter will decelerate at the moment then restart after
the instantaneous power interruption.
