Recovery
If the NVR ever becomes unresponsive or problematic, reboot the NVR.
Click the right mouse
button on the video wall to bring up the quick menu.
Click on the ‘
Restart
’ option to restart the device.
The interface will ask you to put in your username and password before it can
reboot the device. Input details and press ‘
OK
’.
If the reboot process does not resolve the issue then a full shutdown maybe needed.
Click the right mouse
button on the video wall to bring up the quick menu.
Click on the ‘
Shutdown
’ option to commence shutdown of the device.
The interface will ask you to put in your username and password before it can
shutdown the device. Input details and press ‘
OK
’.
If the user interface becomes completely unresponsive through a bad power cycle on
the NVR:
Press the Reset button on the front of the NVR or turn the power button on the rear
of the NVR off..
If the NVR continues to be unresponsive, remove NVR power for >30 seconds.
Restore NVR power.
