Based on the option selected, this menu enables users to upload the NVR error log files to

Qvis Labs or download to an USB stick.

The problem report can either be saved to a USB stick or sent via the web directly to

Qvis Labs.

Should you encounter a problem that your NVR Installer cannot remedy, or you have new

feature ideas, email:

[email protected]

If you encounter any issues, be it hardware or software, please provide as much information

as possible about the setup and sequence of events that triggered the problem.
