Alarm
Settings
Note:
Schedule and Alarms features are only available on the 2U Universal model of NVR.
This menu allows you to setup alarm triggers using the motion sensor functions of the Qvis
operating system.
When an alarm is triggered on one of the cameras that has been setup
to detect an alarm trigger, the camera’s live video panel within the live monitor screen
will enlarge to full screen to notify user of the alarm event.
The NVR allows the user to set
up to six different methods to be alerted of the alarm event.
Sensor Events:
Clicking on this menu section button will allow you setup what actions the Alarm function
will perform.
Sensor Number:
You can select up to 16 or 32 (only available on 2U Genisys
model) different Sensor settings. This option will save the settings you
have selected so you can quickly change how you want the alarm
to operate.
Schedule:
This will bring up the schedule editor so you can select the times
during the week in which the alarm function is operational.
Temporarily
Deactivate:
Tick this box if you want to deactivate the schedule.
